Wild Plum Center provides early developmental services to qualifying 0- to 3- year-olds, including prenatal and post-partum support for expecting families. Parents may select from either a Home-Based or Center-Based service model. Home-based services involve Family Mentors working with parents one-on-one in the home setting for one and a half hours each week. Center-based services provide an enriched education setting for children, offering time for parents to pursue employment or educational activities.
