The OUR Center

The Outreach United Resource Center, Inc. (OUR Center) has provided critical services such as food, housing, and utilities to help families achieve self-reliance since 1986. They offer many services to provide for and extend a helping hand to the community members of Longmont.

A Precious Child

A Precious Child envisions a future where every child grows up to be a secure, self-reliant, contributing member of their community. They provide resources and opportunity to Children who live below the Colorado Self-Sufficiency Standard, and assists families who may be facing challenging situations.

Food Share

Community Food Share is a food bank fighting hunger in our communities by providing access to fresh, nutritious food through local partners and its onsite and mobile pantries. They distribute over 10 million pounds of food each year in an effort to create a hunger-free community.

St. Vrain Valley School District

This is the main website for the St. Vrain Valley School District. Wild Plum Center follows this school calendar and we partner with local schools as children transition into kindergarten from our programs.

Safe Shelter

Safe Shelter of St. Vrain Valley provides a comprehensive system of programs and services to address the needs of victims of domestic abuse.

Safe Shelter services include, but are not limited to:

  • 24-hour crisis line
  • Emergency shelter
  • Individual and group counseling
  • Case management (including transitional housing programs)
  • Information and referrals
  • Legal advocacy
  • Community and peer education

All services are available in both English and Spanish.

Salud Clinic

Salud is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), 501©3 nonprofit. They operate out of 13 clinic locations, an administrative and training site, and a mobile unit. Salud Clinic provides medical, dental, pharmacy and behavioral health care services to keep you and your family healthy.

ZERO TO THREE

ZERO TO THREE is a national, nonprofit organization that informs, trains and supports professionals, policymakers and parents in their efforts to improve the lives of infants and toddlers.

The mission is to promote the health and development of infants and toddlers.

Longmont Public Library

The Inn Between

The Inn Between of Longmont, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency that provides affordable housing and supportive services for people facing homelessness in the St. Vrain Valley. They have six operating locations in Longmont, and serve over 200 people in the community each year, working to achieve long-term housing stability for families.

Longmont Housing Authority

The Longmont Housing Authority aims to provide housing and related services to low and moderate income families, elderly and disabled households, and to provide some relief to the Longmont community receiving substandard housing.
